“Those of us who have no doubt that consciousness is the fundamental reality which conceives, constructs, governs and becomes that which we call physical reality have no doubt that in every moment the world is a mirror of our inner state of being.” – Deepak Chopra
Most people are stumbling through life, constantly looking outside of themselves for acceptance, happiness, recognition and significance. Only to find once they get it, or they have reached that next goal or bought “that” next car, they still feel disappointed or unhappy or unworthy.
“If we see it in our minds we will see it our lives” – BOB PROCTOR

Manifestation can reflect our self worth. Is it possible that what we will attract into our lives is what we are subconsciously projecting our self worth level to be? Looking within at the beliefs we have about ourselves, can then lead to a greater understanding about the lives we live.
To really know oneself, practices such as meditation can be truly beneficial. It gives us a chance to calm the mind, look within and sit with emotions, beliefs and feelings that come up for us .Once we allow any limiting beliefs to raise and bring them into our conscious we can help them dissolve. Based on the Buddist sanctuary in Tibet, this step is a robust method of advanced meditation. Free your inside, keep calm, put everything aside, and focus on a certain particle- the major steps of spiritual meditation.
Seeing your goal as already complete in your mind’s eye is a core technique used by the worlds most successful people. Visualization is effective because it harnesses the power of the subconscious mind. The human brain is the most powerful tool you can possibly possess.
Once we begin to know ourselves, what we want, what we love and dissolve any limiting beliefs. We can then practice being in a state of awareness. Which is who we truly are. From that state we can then unlock our true potential and create a life we love.
Your subconscious mind is working all the time, its like the autopilot or background noise that is going on behind the scenes. Like a supercomputer with all your memories, beliefs, knowledge stored all in one place. Although this mind is useful, it can also limit our lives if we believe every thought that comes up. Thoughts are also responsible for feelings, and then in turn those feelings will cause more thoughts. So when we have a sad thought we feel sad which then makes more sad thoughts. When we live in a state of awareness, we can then take our power back, and use our mind for what it is really intended for which is to create a life we love.
The more we get to know ourselves and live in a state of awareness the more we are in touch with our intuition. We begin to use intuition as a powerful tool to guide us through life. Listening to the body and the heart can be a great way of creating a life that is in complete alignment with who we truly are.
